of Booking
The property is not suitable for
children or pets;
Smoking is not permitted within the
house;
Bookings
Once dates have been agreed, a Deposit
of 50% is required to confirm the booking;
Balance of payment is required 7
days prior to arrival;
A $300 Security Deposit must be paid
7 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit will be refunded
7 days after departure, on Cancellation, or on Transfer of
booking;
Arrival Time - between 5:00 pm and
8:00 pm.
Departure Time - by 4:00 pm.
Cancellation
Policy
Bookings are fully Transferable up
to 2 days prior to scheduled arrival date;
A full Refund will be given if booking
is cancelled 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date;
If Cancellation is made between 13
days and 2 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of deposit
will be refunded;
If Cancellation is made less than
2 days prior to scheduled arrival date, Deposit will be forfeited;
No Refund or Transfer will be given
if guests fail to arrive.
