MEET YOUR HOSTS
Hi, I’m Jane, my partner and I look forward to hosting you at The Parsonage, art house guest house.
I moved to Orange in November 2017 looking for a country change after a 30 year corporate career in Sydney.
The Parsonage was the second house I viewed and I immediately fell in love.

I absolutely love all things fabric, design, sewing, crafting and the decorative arts. I have recently added cooking and gardening to the list of things that consume my time. I’m a published children’s book author too.

We look forward to welcoming you during your stay at The Parsonage.

You will also be hosted by Maple and Poppie, two Boston Terrier, French Bulldog cuties, who will welcome you most enthusiastically, and Chappy and Pablo, two happy cats who will steal a cuddle if you let them.

Your pets are also welcome to join you on your stay at The Parsonage.

History of the House
Built in 1910.
Many locals who grew up in Orange call the house The Parsonage after the Parsons family hung a shingle out the front of the house, naming the house The Parsonage.
I met Jill Parsons, an artist, who raised her family in The Parsonage in the 70's and 80's and asked her if I could name the house The Parsonage.
I'm so thrilled to have her permission to continue to name this magnificent home The Parsonage
